Global Brands is a newly established private company in Cairo. The company has two main business areas. The first business area is the “Software Support” area in which the company offers Software support for Microsoft Office / BackOffice line of products. It is worth mentioning here that Microsoft selected Global Brands to be a Comprehensive Recommended Support Point (RSP). The second business area is the “Hardware Solutions” area in which the company provides hardware solutions using Compaq’s line of servers and desktop computers. In this area Global Brands succeeded to be an Authorized Compaq Reseller and an Authorized Compaq Service Center in Egypt.

In this area Paradise solution succeeded to be an Authorized IBM Reseller and an Authorized IBM Service Center in Egypt. Paradise Solutions provides compatible computer, which assemble in the company. The second business area is the “Printer Solutions” are in which the company provides Printer solutions using Lexmark Printer. In this area Paradise succeeded to be an Authorized Lexmark Reseller and an Authorized Compaq Service Center in Egypt.
